Renaissance Enterprises, Inc. (“REI”) was founded in October 2001.  The principals of REI have been recognized by its peers for their ability to identify and structure investments in real estate, real estate related financial instruments, and real estate related operating businesses in the United States that service seniors in urban areas.  The Company focuses investments and developments in the sectors of operationally intensive real estate with fundamentally strong demand for growth in which its principals already have expertise.

REI’s business strategy is centered on two specialized real estate asset classes:

bullet

Properties that provide long term care to seniors, specifically age-restricted apartments, congregate care facilities, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, adult day care facilities and continuing care retirement communities that provide an element of service to urban and/or minority populations.

bullet

Situational urban re-development opportunities investments.

REI arranges property-related financing for asset acquisition or development in partnership with select regional operators of these assets that have the ability to show and demonstrate a proven track record of success in either specific property types or several property types across a specific geographic region.

REI retains strategic partners which are affiliated with financial service companies in the opportunistic purchase or origination of portfolios of senior housing mortgages, bonds, and other loans and/or assets requiring restructuring, redevelopment, repositioning, liquidation, and/or intensive asset management or the programmatic origination of individual loans.

The Management Team of REI focuses on the ability to invest with exceptional operating partners across all levels of the capital structure within its targeted asset classes in order to significantly enhance the risk adjusted returns of their projects.
